Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston seeks an experienced Litigation Associate or Briefing Attorney to handle full-cycle wage & hour class actions, including discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial support.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of significant plaintiff-side litigation, a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission, and a track record in class/collective actions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 5–10 years of significant plaintiff-side litigation experience, preferably in wage & hour actions.
• Proven track record in class/collective actions or complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle wage & hour class actions: discovery, motions, deposition, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial support.
• Draft key motions/briefs and actively participate if cases go to trial.
• Advise clients on strategy and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes.

The Role

• Handle full-cycle wage & hour class actions: discovery, motion practice (compel, class certification, dismissal, decertification, summary judgment), depositions, hearings, mediations, settlements, and trial support
• Focus on briefing-heavy work: draft key motions/briefs while taking an active role if cases go to trial
• Advise clients on strategy; collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes
• Roles available: Litigation Associate, Briefing Attorney, or hybrid Briefing/Litigation Associate
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE) + bonus potential up to $300,000 (performance-based, tied to case outcomes)
• Total package up to $500,000

Must-Haves

• JD from accredited law school + active bar membership (good standing)
• 5-10 years of significant litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred for quick ramp-up)
• Proven track record in class/collective actions or complex litigation

Nice-to-Have

• Plaintiff wage & hour or employment litigation experience
