Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY, seeks an attorney to join our plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action practice in the Lower Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule. You will help handle complex state and federal employment actions and work closely with senior attorneys on high-value matters.

Applicants should be admitted to the New York Bar with civil litigation experience, including discovery, motions, depositions and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission and civil litigation experience (2–4 years).
• Experience handling discovery, motions, and depositions.
• Ability to travel occasionally and strong oral advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and employment class actions.
• Manage matters through discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct oral arguments in state and federal court.
• Assist with evidentiary hearings, mediation and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value litigation.

Practice: Plaintiff-Side Wage & Hour Class Actions and Complex Litigation

Prior experience in plaintiff-side employment law, wage-and-hour litigation, class actions or complex multi-party disputes is advantageous but not essential.
