Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Mid-Senior Wage & Hour Associate to lead complex wage and hour litigation under the California Labor Code, PAGA, and the FLSA. The role handles matters from inception to resolution, collaborating with partners in a boutique setting that emphasizes growth and hands-on exposure.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience litigating claims under the California Labor Code, PAGA, and FLSA.
• Experience handling wage and hour class and representative matters from inception through resolution.
• Proactive and self-starter, able to work independently.
• Experience from a smaller boutique firm preferred.

Salary Range

$245,000 - $270,000 / Year DOE
