Senior Associate Attorney
Indianapolis, IN (Full Time | Hybrid)

ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This hybrid position requires a seasoned legal professional with advanced knowledge of foreclosure law in Indiana, particularly in managing and independently handling contested foreclosure proceedings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional legal acumen, communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested and non-contested cases.
• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through updates and meetings.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Indiana.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.

Technical & Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in client communication via case management systems, email, and phone.
