Senior Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

As Senior Associate Attorney, you will oversee all aspects of Indiana foreclosure litigation—from initial pleadings to contested matters—while managing day-to-day office operations and supervising legal staff. You will serve as the firm’s primary representative in Indiana, with direct client interaction, courtroom appearances, and the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the firm’s presence in the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of Indiana foreclosure cases, including contested proceedings, mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
• Manage legal support staff and local office operations to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication and reporting through meetings, updates, and client systems.
• Support client development initiatives and represent the firm in local legal and business communities.
• Engage in firm-wide special projects and contribute to operational improvements.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active Membership with the Indiana Bar (in good standing).
• 8+ years of experience in Indiana foreclosure law, with proven ability to independently manage complex, contested cases.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, especially in legal writing and professional client correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing attorneys or legal staff, especially within foreclosure or litigation practices.
• Background in client development, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Familiarity with legal practice management platforms (e.g., Black Knight, CaseWare, or similar client systems).
