Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

• We seeks a Senior Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm.
• Responsibilities will also include management of staff and the office with opportunities for Client Development as well.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.
• Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate.
• Member in good standing with of the State of Indiana Bar
• 8+ years minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosures
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
• Provides exceptional client service.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
• Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
