Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Texas is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our litigation group. The ideal candidate handles civil matters from inception to trial, including personal injury, real estate disputes, and contract breaches, with strong analytical and client-focused skills.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, lead deposition strategy, mentor junior staff, and guide clients through settlements and mediations, with opportunities to run 1–2 trials per year.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice law.
• 4–8+ years of litigation experience, including civil litigation.
• Experience mentoring attorneys and supervising non-lawyer staff.

Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, answers, pleas in intervention, and counterclaims.
• Prepare written discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct and defend oral depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, responses, and replies.
• Lead 1-2 trials per year (bench and jury).
• Train paralegals and legal assistants for efficiency in litigation.
• Mentor less experienced associate attorneys.
