We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-state law firm serving major financial institutions, banks, mortgage servicers, and commercial clients seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation practice.

This role offers the opportunity to independently manage litigation matters, develop defense strategies, advise clients, and handle substantive courtroom and discovery work. What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Experience managing litigation matters and developing case strategy

Additional advantage:

Utah Bar admission is preferred but not required.

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
