NewtonX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate Manager for the Strategic Insights team to conduct high-impact research and deliver actionable business insights for clients across industries.

You will develop research plans, design interview guides and surveys, and analyze data to uncover critical themes. The role involves creating executive-ready reports and presenting findings to clients, while coordinating with experts across geographies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong skills in designing interview guides and surveys to uncover insights.
• Excellent client-facing and internal team communication (verbal and written).
• Experience as a market research professional at a leading firm or consultancy.
• 1–4 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools.

• NewtonX's Strategic Insights (SI) team to deliver high-impact research projects to help our clients uncover insights to answer their toughest and most critical business questions
• We are looking for a Senior Associate / Associate Manager who is motivated and excited by conducting in-depth research utilizing innovative methodologies and AI tools
• The SI Senior Associate / Associate Manager will work with world-class companies and clients across industries to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions
• Develop a deep understanding of client strategic objectives and build and execute detailed research plans to achieve them
• Create interview guides and surveys that address client needs to inform better business decisions
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify critical themes and takeaways
• Develop client-facing reports and deliverables with a clear storyline and narrative for executive audiences
• Own written and verbal communications with clients on respective studies
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering a wide range of expertise, geographies, etc

Requirements

• Strong skills in interview guide and survey design to uncover critical insights
• You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
• You are a market research or research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy (i.e., background in market research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods)
• Excellent client-facing and internal team communication skills (verbal and written)
• 1-4 years of professional work experience
• You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
