State Street Corp. seeks a senior operations leader within the Alternative Investment Solutions Loans Unit in New Jersey. The role combines day-to-day service delivery to large fund managers with significant managerial responsibilities and hands-on delivery of critical control processes.

You will interact with professionals across levels, ensuring timely reconciliations, effective client communication, and ongoing process improvements while maintaining high service standards and governance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality service delivery to clients across Regions/Service functions.
• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Assist Senior mgmt in implementing a new Global Operating Model within Private Credit.
• Build and maintain client, vendor and internal team relationships.
• Ensure timely day-to-day processing and policy adherence.
• Proactively identify improvements and escalate where needed.
• Create and maintain cash and position reconciliations for client funds.
