State Street Corp is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration Associate to manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships. You will allocate income to investors, determine fees, and process capital events such as capital calls and distributions, ensuring accurate NAV reporting and compliance.

You will also onboard funds, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to process improvements and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• CPA qualification is favorable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees per waterfall.
• Perform portfolio and fund level accounting and review monthly/quarterly NAV reporting.
• Lead onboarding of client funds and launch of new funds.
