• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, product management, financial services, or related fields.
• Understanding of product management and building software products, including roadmap planning and execution.
• Foundational knowledge of alternative investments and private markets.
• Product management fundamentals: user needs, requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
• Executive-ready communication and ability to distill complex concepts for leadership.
• Design thinking and user-centered research, usability evaluation, and iterative design with end users.
• Domain knowledge in private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, and related assets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to establish a vision and strategy for new capabilities.
• Lead market research on private market trends affecting advisor/client experience.
• Collect and analyze advisor/client needs to improve the advisor experience.
• Apply user-centric, design-led approaches to create impactful products.
• Draft requirements and build a detailed roadmap for alternative investment solutions.
• Clarify business requirements for engineering to meet goals.
• Define and measure product KPIs to guide prioritization.
