Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Alternatives Product team within US Private Bank Digital. You will help develop AI-enabled solutions for alternatives investments, partnering with product, technology, and advisory stakeholders to design and launch capabilities that enhance advisor and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, product management, financial services, alternatives investments, wealth management, or related fields.
• Understanding of product management and building software products, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, design, prioritization, and execution.
• Foundational understanding of alternative investments.
• Executive-ready communication and influence: distill complex private markets technology concepts into compelling visuals for diverse audiences.
• Design thinking and user-centered research: discovery techniques, usability evaluation, and end-user engagement.
• Domain knowledge in alternative investments: private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, real assets, and structured products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to establish a vision and strategy for new capabilities.
• Lead market research to identify leading private market trends impacting advisors and clients.
• Collect and analyze advisor/client needs to transform the advisor experience.
• Follow a user-centric, design-led approach to create impactful products.
• Draft requirements and build a detailed roadmap for alternative investment solutions.
• Clarify business requirements for engineering to meet goals.
• Define and measure product KPIs to drive prioritization decisions.
• Lead and participate in design sessions with Technology, Design, and business partners.
