Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Senior Product Associate to shape data-driven product development within Corporate & Investment Banking Planning & Analysis. You will translate user needs into a prioritized backlog and collaborate with data, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to formulate strategy, maintain a roadmap, and manage backlog with prioritization.
• Strong understanding of data models and BI tools.
• Financial services domain expertise in governed environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, IS, Engineering, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications of features on product experience.
• Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across lifecycle, including time, cost, and quality targets.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Develop data and product strategy delivering reporting and planning modernization.
• Conduct user interviews and translate findings into scalable solutions.
• Design AI-enabled product capabilities with multi-agentic workflows and MCP.
• Understand financial data models to define data requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Present technical information to senior stakeholders.
