Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Analytics Strategy and Execution-Senior Associate to shape and implement data-driven AI solutions across branch strategy and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning data science, product, engineering, and business partners to translate priorities into scalable analytics and AI capabilities.

You will define success metrics, communicate complex concepts to executives, and drive adoption of AI-driven improvements across branch networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, technology, or technical program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption across data science, product, engineering, and business partners.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for priority use cases, including the Blueprint application.
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and measurement plans to track business impact.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable language for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and timely decision-making.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines, and execution challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Embed solutions into human-centered workflows that enable better coaching and sales execution.
• Partner with teams to strengthen data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverables.
• Ensure solutions are developed responsibly and aligned with enterprise risk, control, and AI governance standards.
• Drive change management and adoption plans that help teams realize sustained value.
