Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3+ years of analytics, strategy, product, technology, or technical program management.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and delivering initiatives across organizations.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, analytics, governance and risk in AI solutions.
• Experience implementing AI solutions prioritizing user experience and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable data, analytics, and tech solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing needs.
• Commitment to data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through deployment and adoption across data science, product, engineering, and business partners.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for priority use cases, including the Blueprint application.
• Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and measurement plans to track business impact.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, actionable language for executives and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and timely decisions.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Embed solutions into human-centered workflows to improve coaching and sales execution.
• Partner with teams to strengthen data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor across deliverables.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise risk, control, and AI governance standards.
• Drive change management and adoption plans to realize sustained value.
