Qurated is seeking an Executive Search Associate to join our growing US team in New York. The ideal candidate is an ambitious researcher or associate with executive search background, ready to support across research and delivery while engaging candidates and gaining commercial exposure.

You will contribute to mapping senior talent, shortlist development, and client conversations, helping to identify opportunities and grow the US search practice.

• 1-4 years’ experience delivering retained executive searches.
• Strong instinct for where senior talent sits and how to engage it.
• Ability to turn complex briefs into focused, credible search strategies.
• Confidence assessing senior candidates and contributing in client settings.

We’re looking for an ambitious Researcher or Associate from an executive search background who wants to be part of building a modern executive search firm. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running supporting across research and search delivery while also being involved with candidate engagement and commercial exposure, while supporting wider group searches where needed. The role will play an important part in identifying opportunities and generating relevant leads that contribute to the growth of our US search team.

You’ll work alongside our US Practice Lead and Group MD, gaining direct exposure to building a growing US search business.
