WC Law Corp is seeking an attorney with 2–5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience to join our team. We operate in a paperless environment, collaborate closely with insurers, employers, and third‑party administrators, and offer opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and JD degrees required; active bar admission.
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.

• Experience with Merus or Litify preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation defense from inception to final resolution.
• Collaborate with insurers, employers and third‑party administrators.
• Work closely with a team to develop and execute defense strategy.

Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
