Based in Atlanta, the firm has spent decades advising leading businesses across the US on their most important strategic and financial decisions, and has advised on $12.5bn of transaction value over the last five years.

The opportunity

The firm is looking to hire high-performing audit and assurance professionals who want to make the move into deals, M&A, and transaction advisory. This is a chance to take your accounting foundation and apply it in a far more commercial, deal-focused environment, and to break into deals without needing prior FDD / M&A experience.
