Key responsibilities include:
- Play a central role in financial due diligence engagements on both the buy‑side and sell‑side, working with private equity firms and strategic corporate acquirers
- Review historical financial statements and assess operational performance to determine sustainable earnings across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high technology, and healthcare
- Collaborate with team members and client management to align on expectations for deliverables and project timelines
- Prepare clear, well‑structured reports and communicate key findings and deliverables effectively to client stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a strong public or private university.
- 4+ years audit and/or transaction advisory experience across industries.
- Strong understanding of Excel/Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software; experience with internal financial systems a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, transaction advisory services, or M&A.
- Strong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
