Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Financial Due Diligence, M&A, Audit, or Assurance experience.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Genuine interest in M&A and ambition to build a long-term career in deals.
• CPA (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A due diligence and transaction advisory processes.
• Work on sell-side, buy-side projects and live transactions.
• Collaborate with senior team across client engagements and mentorship.
