Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting for mid-sized boutique accounting and finance professionals across the US. They deliver accounting and finance solutions across disciplines, working with a range of clients - from SMEs to Fortune 1000 companies. They are seeking individuals at all levels, from 3 years of experience and above, who have experience working across Audit, Assurance, Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Due Diligence, and Finance Transformation.

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Working remotely and on site with clients to provide financial solutions
• Undertake finance transformation and technology solutions
• Drive finance transformation initiatives from initial assessment through full implementation
• Undertake complex financial analysis and consulting throughout the M&A life cycle
• Gathering, validating, and analysing complex data sets
• Providing financial advice based on P&L and financial statements
• Undertaking IPO consulting and carve-outs.
• Undertake financial due diligence for deals of varying sizes
• Working collaboratively with fellow consultants and client teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
