EarnIn is seeking an Assistant Treasurer to lead treasury operations in a fast-growing FinTech environment. The role focuses on debt, cash, and liquidity management with senior advisory responsibilities to the Treasurer.

The position involves collaboration with Product and Engineering on payment rails and product rollouts. The role emphasizes strong financial judgment, detail-orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated sell-side experience executing M&A, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Strong financial, research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve advances, paydowns, and borrowing base calculations across warehouse facilities and corporate facility, focusing on cost optimization.
• Review daily reporting for lenders and backup servicer, including cash recycling and asset allocation.
• Sign off on compliance reporting; monitor covenant headroom and debt compliance.
• Partner with the Treasurer on lender negotiations, diligence, and financing execution.
• Coordinate with Risk and Product to reflect policy changes in eligibility criteria and reporting.
• Ensure annual lender examinations are completed on time with no significant findings.
• Work with Engineering to develop debt-related reporting for lenders.
