Job summary

Responsibilities include cash forecasting, daily liquidity management, banking relationships, treasury controls, payment reconciliations, and supporting financial close. The role requires office presence 4 days a week and deep experience in fintech or lending.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, treasury systems, and U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions and liquidity.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee wires, ACH activity, funding, and cash movements.
• Own end-to-end reconciliation of payments across the portfolio and servicing systems.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain treasury policies and internal controls.
