Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated sell-side experience executing M&A, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Strong financial, research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve debt and cash operations reporting and funding.
• Support lender negotiations and term sheet analysis with the Treasurer.
• Monitor covenant headroom, debt compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Risk and Product on policy changes affecting eligibility and reporting.
• Assist in AI roadmap development for treasury workflows and reporting.
