Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain guest services.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and inventory management.
4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Details:

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
