Compensation Pay Range:
$15.00 - $23.00
The actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums paid under specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager leads store team members in servicing customers.
