• Knowledge of contract administration and ability to resolve issues with supplemental agreements and claims.

Responsibilities

• Administers highway construction contracts and ensures compliance with standards and contract requirements.
• Oversees project management for large/high-profile construction projects, including night and weekend operations.
• Supervises up to 30 technicians and conducts performance evaluations and training.
• Interacts with the public, contractors, local governments, and other NCDOT units to coordinate activities.
