Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager in Camarillo, CA to assist the Property Manager in all areas of property management. This management role will supervise staff, coordinate client facilities, and ensure customer satisfaction and cash flow.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 2+ years of real estate property management experience, plus an active Real Estate license or CPM/RPA designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state worked in OR RPA or CPM designation(s).
• Basic understanding of computer software programs and building systems.
• Ability to assign tasks and manage others’ workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building staff and coordinate all managerial functions.
• Prepare leases, contracts and aging reports; manage delinquencies.
• Process invoices with proper backup and according to procedures.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and furniture logistics.
• Oversee maintenance of work and purchase order systems.
• Develop and maintain Tenant Service Package and tenant data.
• Lead inspections and oversee service contractors
• Contribute to annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly reports
