Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to ensure staff have resources, training and motivation so every guest leaves happy. You’ll influence daily operations, guest experience and safety while supporting a large team in a fast-paced family dining environment.

The role includes access to earned wages via a new pay program, with competitive hourly compensation and bi-weekly commissions based on memberships and Fun Pass sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older; local law considerations may apply.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of prior management experience, preferably in food service, or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staffing, training and standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training and aligning team with company and guest expectations.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high guest service and safety.
• Exercise cost-control and labor management with sound business judgment.
