Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager who will ensure staff have the resources, training, and motivation so every guest leaves happy. You’ll supervise daily operations, scheduling, quality, cleanliness, and guest service to uphold our standards of fun and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in food service management or proven track record as an assistant manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staff scheduling, quality and safety to meet standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high guest service and safety.
• Apply cost control, inventory, and labor management practices.
