Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring guests enjoy an incredible experience. You will support staff with resources, training, and motivation so every guest leaves happy. Earned wages access is available through the new program, reducing pay- interval gaps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with local legality to serve alcohol where required.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of management experience in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support while upholding quality and safety.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service and maintain standards.
• Apply sound business judgment in cost control, inventory, and labor management.
