Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Sr. Assistant Director of Admissions, Yield (Undergraduate Admissions) to lead regional recruitment and to influence yield strategies.

The role sits on the management team, partnering with office leadership to ensure academic quality and diverse perspectives in the incoming class. You will guide admitted student conversion and oversee programmatic areas across the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Five years of progressively responsible related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership over a key business area within the undergraduate admissions office: responsible for the strategic direction, logistics, timelines, planning, and evaluation of processes and policies that fall within their designated area of focus.
• Builds relationships with all relevant third parties to collaborate effectively towards goals.
• Represents JHU Admissions in public events and information sessions.
• Directly supports the Senior Director of Admissions in developing our strategy for scholarships and special programs.
• Oversees a volunteer alumni group and works with the Director of Recruitment on event engagement.
