Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Harvard College undergraduate curriculum.
• Lead policy governance and curricular support for faculty and programs.
• Oversee Independent Study, Experiential Study, Lemann and Mindich programs.
• Manage budget and collaborate with the Curriculum team.
