Harvard University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Senior Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education to provide strategic direction for the undergraduate curriculum and to oversee key programs and policy governance. You will collaborate with faculty and administrators to advance flagship programs and experiential learning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction for the Harvard College undergraduate curriculum.
• Lead policy governance and curricular support for faculty and programs.
• Oversee Independent Study, Experiential Study, Lemann and Mindich programs.
• Manage budget and collaborate with the Curriculum team.
