Job summary

ICAT Logistics is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to lead and manage the accounting function for our rapidly growing transportation and logistics company. You will supervise staff and partner with the CFO and CAO to ensure accuracy and integrity across all accounting processes, including closings, audits, budgeting, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive financial analysis and planning experience.
• 5+ years of leading others.
• Strong experience with cash flow forecasting and cash balance monitoring.
• Proficiency with Business Central and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with variance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with subsidiary teams to maintain consistent global financial reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger in Business Central and manage cost centers and allocations.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and billing processes; support audits and documentation.
