Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive financial analysis and planning in transportation/logistics/private equity.
• 5+ years of leading teams; strong ERP and financial systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations under US GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Coordinate audits and tax compliance; support CFO/CAO.
• Develop SOPs for accounting department.
• Monitor cash balances and forecast cash flows.
