Qualifications

• Broad training in accounting/finance usually at graduate level or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of job-related experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Directs monthly, quarterly and annual closings and consolidated financial statements.
• Directs preparation of regulatory reports and SEC filings where applicable.
• Reviews financial statements with audit committee and management.
• Oversees accounting policy development and regulatory standard research.
• Manages external auditors and accounting firms.
• Ensures financial systems support consolidation and ad hoc reporting.
