Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct financial closings and consolidation reporting.
• Prepare regulatory reports for federal, state, and local agencies.
• Lead external audits and engage independent accountants.
• Oversee internal controls, SOX program and financial systems.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures and financing initiatives.
