Job summary

RealManage in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Senior Assistant Community Association Manager (Senior ACAM) to lead the ACAM team and ensure timely, high-quality service to CAMs, boards, and homeowners. You will partner with the Director of Community Association Management to develop staff, monitor workloads, and uphold service standards while guiding onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of community association management or related property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Community Association Manager or equivalent role preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of community association management operations and customer service best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and community management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Must have valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead ACAM team meetings to communicate updates and reinforce procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor workloads and ensure service standards are met.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring decisions for ACAM staff.
• Collaborate with CAMs and other departments to resolve operational issues.
