Responsibilities

• Protect customers, members, and our brand and conduct crisis management.
• Reduce risk of shortages by preventing, investigating and resolving theft and fraud.
• Ensure products are available to customers.
• Use surveillance systems to monitor store safety.
• Respond to incidents, maintain safety for team and visitors, and manage crowds.
• Assist visitors and groups in store locations.
• Help customers find products online or in-store.
• Review and enforce security regulations in stores.
• Document incidents and report following procedures.
• Train teams on safety and develop best practices as an AP administrator.
• Provide a clean, secure shop environment and meet visitor needs.
