You will drive program design, rollout, and sustainability, partnering with Asset Protection, Store Operations, AP Analytics, Finance, and Inventory Accounting to resolve complex shrink concerns. Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership, root-cause analysis, and leveraging data to surface insights.

Qualifications
