Job summary

Target Security Specialist (TSS) at a Target supply chain facility plays a critical role in keeping the team, guests, and assets safe. You will conduct yard and perimeter patrols, follow emergency procedures, and assist with incident notification to leadership.

You will operate Target-owned vehicles, follow gate operations and visitor management procedures, and support proactive loss prevention while maintaining a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to de-escalate and respond to crises.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities
