NextEra Energy Resources, LLC seeks a Senior Business Manager to optimize the financial performance of a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery assets in the region. You will oversee P&L, engage with customers, and guide commercial strategies including repowering and recontracting.

Collaborating with Power Marketing, Project Finance, and other teams, you will lead projects to maximize asset value and drive strategic development opportunities across multiple interconnections and markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of renewable assets preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own major workstreams across the region, including asset repowering and recontracting plans.
• Prepare analysis, reporting, and scorecards to track value creation and performance against plan.
• Maintain relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate PPAs and other contracts; ensure regulatory compliance and financing alignment.
• Contribute to market and regulatory strategy to improve asset performance.
• Lead special projects to optimize existing assets and support development opportunities.
• Create executive-level presentations for senior management.
