Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join the Asset Onboarding team, supporting a growing renewable energy portfolio. You will partner with Development, Engineering & Construction, Treasury, FP&A and Operations to drive forecasting, analysis, reporting and cash management across project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of finance experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, and a track record of delivering actionable insights in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• 4+ years of experience in finance roles.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Prepare internal/external operating reports and board Pack scenarios.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for financings and partnerships.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.
• Support ad hoc analyses and presentations for lenders/investors.
• Participate in projects like system implementations and process improvements.
