Job summary

Hackman Capital Partners seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management & Investments, to support strategic oversight and optimization of a growing portfolio of premier studio assets. The role includes underwriting new opportunities and asset-level strategy, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Asset Management.

You will model finances, analyze leases and operating data, and collaborate with Investments, Asset Management, Leasing, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, asset management, investments, development, CRE, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting experience; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and underwriting of new acquisitions and investments across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain detailed underwriting models to evaluate cash flows, financing, and investment returns.
• Assist with due diligence, leases, rent rolls, capex, and market data analysis.
• Prepare investment committee materials and market information; provide recommendations.
• Collaborate across Investments, Asset Management, Leasing, Finance, and Legal teams during underwriting and diligence.
• Support asset management by tracking performance, budgets, and reporting.
