Vivmark Residential seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to provide financial and operational analysis supporting investment performance across the portfolio. The role collaborates with Operations, Investments, and Finance to model cash flows, assess value creation, and guide asset business plans.

The position requires 4+ years in asset management or related fields, with strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, investments, valuation, acquisitions, FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience building and maintaining sophisticated financial models.
• Multifamily real estate knowledge and relevant performance metrics (NOI, occupancy, rental rate growth).

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset investment performance across the portfolio, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to expand asset value.
• Develop and maintain asset-level and portfolio-level financial models including cash flow projections and valuation analyses.
• Support the creation, execution, and monitoring of annual asset investment plans.
• Evaluate capital projects, redevelopment initiatives, and operational improvements for financial impact.
• Perform hold/sell analyses and assist in acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and recapitalization.
• Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio performance reviews and investor materials.
• Monitor market conditions and rental trends to inform investment decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with Operations and Finance teams.
