EEA Companies seeks a Senior Asset Manager for its multifamily and student housing portfolio in the Greensboro area. You will lead asset management, oversee capital projects, and partner with third‑party managers to maximize operating performance and investment returns.

Travel to properties and project sites is expected, with a focus on delivering on budgets and schedules while aligning with investment objectives and owner expectations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of real estate asset management experience
• Direct multifamily experience required
• Hands-on construction and CapEx project management experience
• Experience with third-party property management
• Ability to travel to portfolio properties and project sites

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multifamily and student housing portfolio performance
• Coordinate with third-party property managers to meet operating budgets and occupancy goals
• Monitor financial and operating reports and flag material variances
• Lead owner-side capital improvement, renovation, and project management
• Develop and monitor capital project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Review draw requests, invoices, and change orders
• Support acquisitions and due diligence activities
