Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of logistics, IT assets, or supply chain work experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory records, government requirements and reporting.
• Strong MS Office and business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to inventory control procedures and maintains accurate receipts and invoices.
• Tracks and verifies equipment received at warehouse to match POs.
• Reviews inbound/outbound projections and resource scheduling for asset availability.
• Prepares government required reports in support of audits.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors for shipping/receiving and RMA actions.
• Maintains annual inventory procedures, access controls, and audit processes.
