Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Specialist, Logistics Engineer to support an expanding product portfolio at the Sterling facility.

You will perform critical program support across asset management, obsolescence mitigation, component inspection, QA, and training event coordination. The role requires an active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent), a 9/80 schedule, and strong attention to detail with excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience or graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required

Responsibilities

• Support PHS&T system to minimize delays and improve on-time shipments.
• Interface with PHS&T Lead and IPTL to meet SMD PHS&T needs.
• Audit assets and equipment on customer and company property.
• Assess availability and usability of packing materials.
• Process, track, and close-out shipments to/from customer sites, the depot, and OEMs.
• Monitor movement of supplies from stock to field operations.
• Support depot operations as directed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication.
• Help implement tracking strategies for assets and spare parts.
