The role requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience; strong vendor coordination, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance are essential.

• In-depth knowledge of inventory records, control, and reporting requirements.
• Strong business communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Able to review complex inventory records, track and report data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform government property administration and accounting duties for inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and ensure accurate receipt/invoices for contract compliance.
• Track and verify customer equipment deliveries to match purchase orders and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to manage shipping, receiving, and asset disposition.
• Prepare and brief government-required reports in support of audits and program reviews.
• Maintain inventory control and audit processes, ensuring 100% property accountability.
